Skye at Holland is a new launch condo developed by a consortium led by CapitaLand and UOL Group. The 99-year leasehold project has two 40-storey condominium towers, yielding 666 residential units. Sitting in prime District 10, Skye at Holland is located right beside the iconic mixed-use development One Holland Village. The new launch condo is set to become the tallest residential development in the Holland Village neighbourhood once completed.
The site tender for Skye at Holland, Holland Drive GLS, closed on May 14, 2024, with the consortium’s bid of $805.39 million. Holly Development Pte. Ltd., a consortium of CapitaLand Development (35%), UOL Group (35%), Singapore Land Group (20%), and Kheng Leong Co. (10%), secured the Holland Drive site with the winning bid that translates to S$1,285 psf per plot ratio. This land rate would be the lowest for a prime-district Government Land Sales (GLS) residential plot since the Kampong Java Road site (Kopar at Newton) was awarded at S$1,192 psf ppr in January 2019.
