Promenade Peak is a 63-storey residential development located at 1 Zion Promenade, offering a prime city-fringe location along the Singapore River. The developer, Allgreen Properties, secured Zion Road (Parcel B) site with a top bid of S$730.1 million, or S$1,304 psf ppr, in a tender that closed in July 2024.

Havelock Road Cooked Food Centre (500m) is the place to go if you want to get your daily hawker fix. One of the popular stalls here is Guang Fa Laksa. Their famous laksa with cockles draws crowds and is easily noticeable for having the longest queue in the food centre. 

There are more hawker centres nearby to explore. Tiong Bahru Market, one of the best hawker centres in Singapore, is also located near Promenade Peak. Here, you can find a wide array of yummy hawker food, always in long queues during weekends.

Parks and outdoor places are easily found in the area. Tiong Bahru Park, located only a kilometre away, is suitable for simple outdoor activities such as jogging or relaxing on the benches under the shade of mature trees. Other parks nearby include Pearl’s Hill City Park and Fort Canning Park.
