River Modern is a 99-year leasehold new launch condominium in the prestigious River Valley area. Based on the land area of 126,326 sqft and maximum gross floor area (GFA) of 442,142 sqft, the price translates to a land rate of S$1,420 psf per plot ratio (ppr).
