    Quite satisfied. Tampines is convenient, and for the price we paid, this is one of the better options. Just avoid the crowded lift hours can already lah.

    Good balance between location and facilities. Public transport options are plentiful, which is great for commuting. The pools and fitness areas are well maintained, though weekends can get busy. It’s not perfect, but overall a comfortable place to call home.

    I really enjoy the spacious layout of my unit and the thoughtful design of the condo grounds. There are plenty of green spaces for kids to play safely. It’s close to several schools and malls, which makes daily errands easy. The community here feels welcoming and the gym facilities are excellent. Would definitely recommend to families.

    I didn’t expect to like staying in such a big development, but honestly it works. Everything well maintained, cleaners always around. And surprisingly quite quiet at night despite so many units.
